The Phoenix Institute offers a unique path of spiritual awakening, healing and training for women and men.

Vision:  We envision a world where everyone realizes they are Holy and Whole, here and now, present in all forms. We see a world where we live in Divine Balance, in Divine Love, in the present moment, where every person, every situation is recognized as Divine, the God/dess Expressing in amazing, wild and sometimes incomprehensible forms. Every life experience serves as a doorway to the Divine and our wholeness.

Purpose: To serve the awakening of our Divinity within by providing information, education and training in spiritual transformation, conscious awakening, spiritual initiation and the Sacred Feminine Mysteries.

Mission: To provide and be a vessel for the Sacred Feminine initiation, spiritual retreats and workshops and other resources for those drawn by a soul calling and passion for the Great Mysteries.

Founded by Rev. Shae Moyers-Rightmire, The Phoenix Institute of Conscious Living is dedicated to serving communities and individuals around the world as a catalyst and resource for spiritual growth and personal development through group workshops (small to large) and private, individual consultation. Rev. Shae Moyers-Rightmire, D. Div.

Rev. Shae Moyers-Rightmire is a "revolutionary" modern Priest~ess, passionately serving the planet as a spiritual catalyst for positive change and transformation. Shae's own personal evolution has led to facilitating and manifesting creative, fun and practical ways to create higher levels of consciousness on Earth. Empowering others to remember their own Divinity through processes of change and transformation, her sacred work as a "Cosmic Oracle" is about deep personal growth and soul transformation. Shae's openness and willingness to be "real" with those she works with, helps to create and hold the sacred space for individuals to uncover their "Calling"-their spiritual and/or life purpose.

Founder of The Phoenix Institute of Conscious Living, Shae is a certified Priest~ess ProcessTM Facilitator, Magdalene High Priest~ess and ordained minister. She is a fifth generation seer and intuitive, serving as a divine catalyst, spiritual counselor and master teacher in private practice in the Chicago and Kansas City areas. A published author, Shae's work has been featured in the book Cakes and Ale for the Pagan Soul, in Minnesota Bride magazine and many articles on several spiritual web sites.

Shae facilitates Priest~ess circles, retreats and workshops intended to empower women and men to reclaim their Divine essence while learning to bridge and walk in both the spiritual and mundane worlds. With sixteen years experience in the sacred work of spiritual evolution, Shae creates a safe, nurturing space for profound personal growth and transformation.
